As the face of Home Inspection Professionals, President and CEO, Kevin Stripling, brings over a 18 years of experience (including 10,000+ inspections) to the business and his clients. His love of the inspection field extends beyond the standard homes into commercial inspections.
While you might catch her retrieving a water sample or running a test to the lab, Office Administrator, Tina McCrillis successfully juggles the many tasks required to keep our company running efficiently on the inside. Her diverse background makes her a perfect fit for the team by managing Accounting, Office Operations and Marketing. You’ll often find her behind the scenes working on our social media presence and supporting our many business partnerships.
Customer Service is the name of her game – Kristen Osaer brings a hearty helping of experience to our staff. Pleasant on the phone and detail oriented, Kristen’s background in banking and insurance provide us the support in house that our clients can depend on.
Being exposed to the inspection industry in his teens, Kevin picked up the trade like a natural. A full-time member of the #HIPTeam since 2019, Kevin brings a surprising amount of experience and knowledge while adding some youthfulness to the team. In his spare time, you can expect Kevin to be watching Lions Football or enjoying an industry related event…in one of his famed sequined jackets!
Ross knows his stuff! Growing up around construction and the glass industry, Ross quickly used that knowledge to master the art of home inspection. Ross’ favorite part of inspecting real estate and working with Realtors is meeting other golfers! When the schedule and weather allow, if he’s not in the field, he’s out on the links!
Our “go to guy” for all things ancillary, Kyle has certifications in Thermography, Mold Testing & Remediation, Sewer Scoping and more. He’s also a Macomb County Certified Septic & Well Evaluator. In his free time, Kyle could likely be found with a guitar as he’s also an avid musician.
